by: ?So what houses would you say are 'well-rounded'? A house where you have many different majors(not a monopoly of only one or two), a house that has 'smart' girls balanced with your 'average' girls, fun, party girls with a good mix of girls who like to still stay in and study, pretty girls who don't feel like they need to constantly be 'make up'd' up to go out in public-and just genuinely happy girls who are accepting of others? Does this exist? There are smaller campuses where this is easy to figure out-huge campuses are a bit more tricky.

I would say to be well-rounded means more that the individual girls themselves are well-rounded, rather than just having a mix. So for a house to be well-rounded it should consist primarily of girls who are academically driven, involved and social. Rather than having "some smart girls" and "some party girls" which leads to a kinda of random mix/can cause a cliquey atmosphere. Houses that seem to do this well include Pi Phi, AXO and Tridelt (more in prior years.)

Yess OP's definition is the definition of diversity, not well roundedness. @nah is has the better definition of well rounded

The bottom tier houses are not well rounded by any means, they are diverse and random because they don't get the well rounded girls that the upper tier houses get. HUGE difference between have a sorority girl that's 50% partners and 50% studious vs a house full of girls who work hard to balance high GPAs and a good social life.

Well rounded means they have a mix of members who individually and as a group excel in all areas/aspects of Greek life...and part of that is consistent positivity, helpfulness, and a supportive sisterhood...houses that are known to play fair/nice with ALL houses.
Two outstanding examples are Phi My and Kappa Delta.

I also think the girls in houses listed ^ tend to be really confident and sure of themselves, so they don't try to be something they aren't. I would add ChiO and ADPi to the mix.
