What on earth is causing these ridiculous "zeta is middle tier" comments?? Is this the new members? Zeta never argued that they're bottom tier, girls your new class is BELOW usual standards, not above! Also KD was mid when they were rocking academics but that's no longer the case, they're bottom.

Neither one is mecessarily middle but you need to get your facts straight.. KD was never "rockin academics" until the past few years. They are consistently 9th but actually 5th this past semester beating alot of top tier, and also we high up a few semesters ago I believe. If your going to claim reasons on why they dropped a tier at least say things that are true.

why are houses considered bottom? like why is KD and ZTA considered bottom in your opinion

Because they're both the last resort in their niche. People join Zeta if they're seeking a social house and didn't get bids to GPhi APhi Tridelt or DG, their last chance for a social house is Zeta so they're the "rejects" of the social pnms. Same with KD, if a girl is looking for an academic house KD is the last out of XO, Theta, AXO and ADPi. Therefore they are the "rejects" of the academics niche although KD is possibly slipping out of that niche now.

These are all fine houses. No one, and I mean NO ONE who is a member is, by definition, a reject. That's because they were accepted by the sororities in question. Both Zeta and KD have great sisterhoods and, in my opinion, they are middle tier houses. The "rejects," as you so crudely and insensitively call them, are those who quit because they didn't get the houses they wanted. No rejects in our sorority system. Not. At. All. (And, just as a reminder to our favorite Zeta hater who is on this site all the time, your house (Alpha Phi) isn't exactly selective.

Zeta is bottom tier. They have always been bottom tier. They will continue to be bottom tier until they can compete with mid tier houses.

Agreed! NO one would dare choose zeta over any of our mid tier houses. That's why they're still considered bottom tier. They are a last resort house.
