will these houses improve?
by: sororityexpertEveryone talks about SK, KD, Tri Sig & Phi Mu being on the bottom teir. Why do you think they're there and how/ what would they have to do to get out of the bottom teir? I've met girls from all four chapters and they seem great! All opinions welcome!

You wouldn't expect relatively new houses on this campus to make it into the top tier very quickly. That's because their physical houses often aren't as impressive, they don't have a large network of alums supporting them and they don't have the huge numbers of legacies coming through rush each year as the houses that have been here 100 years. I am more worried about houses like Alpha Phi, which was founded here in 1910, that loses so many members each year and seems to be barely hanging on. If you look at the houses that COB year after year, it is mainly the newer houses. And Alpha Phi. Kind of sad.

I'm worried about zeta. They've been bottom tier forever! If used to be zeta, aphi, axo, KD, and phi mu all in bottom tier before SK and sigma started. Out of those 4 houses, axo, KD, aphi moved up to mid tier, and phi mu has significantly improved. But zeta? Zeta is STILL bottom tier and hasn't improved at all! Why is that??

Zeta is not a bottom house at all... everyone i talked to has ranked them top 5
