Better. Would argue tri delta in mid tier now. At least this list doesn't include ludicrous claims like bottom tier zeta and DG in top tier.

Also note the order within ranks isn't based on ranks but is divided by the following niches competitive/well rounded or in between/social. Which one of those three niches is "better" is up to the individual but the rankings are based on the typical pnms preference.
