whatsup with phi psi?

Now that phi kappa psi is coming back, does anyone know what they got kicked off for in the first place? Also, how're they gunna be as a fraternity when they are back?

They did not get kicked off. The national fraternity pulled the charter but they were not booted by Mizzou.
