When you are judging top houses, it's all about retention. That's because retention is a reflection of pride and the quality of the sisterhood. The houses with the highest retention rate (and the fewest dropouts/flunkouts/deactivations) are, in no order, PiPhi, Theta, Kappa, ChiO, ADPi, AXO and TriDelt.

Because she doesn't know tridelts retention, if she went to Mizzou she'd know that each invidual sorority's exec are the only ones who know their OWN sorority's retention rates and only their own sorority's retention rates. Worst kind of troll is the kind who makes up stats and has pnms believing the random bs written by some old lady in Utah. That's why this website is a joke, don't trust the things you read on here, many people who don't attend mizzou post bs on here because they don't have lives and are mentally disturbed.

As she said ^ don't trust the posts on here because they come from people who are mentally disturbed. For example. she would have you believe that retention rates are only known by individual sorority's execs, which is a blatant lie. Many of us have seen the most recent figures that were released in November. She's not happy because her own sorority (Alpha Phi) has such bad retention because of all the girls who can't make grades, but that doesn't mean that the figures aren't out there.

I hate this website. I'm on PHA and we are strictly told not to share these stats, most people oblige and would never share the paper copy. Please pnms just leave this site, ever since the racism chaos there have been people trolling here nonstop.

You notice, of course, that she doesn't deny the stats are out there and she doesn't say they are inaccurate. She's just angry that some execs share them with members.

Tri-Delt literally lost all but about 4 seniors and 1/2 of their Juniors. Some houses have girls who graduate early, were not admitted to Nursing or OT, etc. schools, etc. and go to other campuses - thus, this impacts their retention. However, the past two years with TriDelt has been a literal $hitShow! The are being kicked out and dropping like flies! NOT a TOP house and HORRIBLE RETENTION.
