why is tri-delt considered the "hot girl" house?

Everyone knows Alpha Phi wants to be the hot house. They are on this and other websites 24-7 trying to prove that they first and foremost are high on the list of girls that loser frat boys want to fu ck. And they are SO PROUD of it. LOL. So let's crown them the hot house. And why not? I mean, who really wants that designation anyway? Every other candidate has much more going for it, including TriDelt and GPhi, to be considered just a hot house.

You can not compare aphi and tridelt. Even with tridelts fall they are in a different league from aphi. Always have been, always will be.
With that said, I think with the direction aphi is rumored to be headed under new leadership they will focus on things other than looks and trying to self promote. They lucked out with some girls who might be able to do damage control from the past few years. If rumors be true, a lot of money has been put into this chapter with the expectation that the antics of the past year not be repeated. Its a strong national organization and there were some pretty major embarrassments here(I don't think we need to remind anyone)

Nope. Tridelt has fallen to low mid, pnms chose aphi over tridelt every time. Sorry...if you want to be a decent sorority again, you just work on you.

Went through rush in August. I can tell you that while I had my choice of houses, I never considered Alpha Phi. Nor did my friends from high school. We would never join a house that didn't have grade cuts. Alpha Phi is sort of a joke.

Oh, and I went to TriDelt until I cut them before the last day. There is still some real quality in that house. Not low-mid by any means.

How stupid do you think everyone is, tridelt is the only house that wasn't able to make quota, that doesn't happen because girls choose your house. Tridelt is hurting BAD, admit it, focus on your issues and improve yourself. Getting off GR would be a good start

With that said, aphi is still considered a wannabe house with cliquey wanna be high school girls. You can not expect to have a top house when you only choose based on looks and who you went to high school with. Tri Delt learned that the hard way, but they at least kept to grade cuts.
Who posted that 'unofficial' poll of the percentages of girls that went to the same high school and are now in the same house? Re post it, because it will tell you a lot about why some houses are cliquey and have a terrible retention-the girls that aren't in that 'clique' feel very excluded once they get past bid day.
To those pnm reading, go with your gut-do not follow the crowd. This is college and time to break free and learn to fly on your own!

Zeta and Aphi could be the worst sororities in the world and it still doesn't change the fact that tridelt isn't hot anymore and has literally nothing going for them. Tridelts are the joke of Greek town right now
