where did tridelt go wrong?

I'm just curious, to those of you who rushed this past year. They used to be top tier and this recruitment they were under quota and gave out a bunch of snap bids just to reach... what was wrong with their recruitment?

There's a lot more quality choices now (theta, kappa, AXO) In addition to the power houses (chi o, pi phi, delta). The problem is that delta continues to play their old game with other houses stepping up.

They got too wrapped up in recruiting boring stl friends to the point it became their only criteria. They were previously known as enthusiastic pretty girls with decent grades and are now boring plain janes with not a ton to offer. They quit having standards basically
