Sig Ep - as the older members start to graduate, it's apparent that nationals' heavy handed restrictions took a toll on their recruitment abilities. They still have their groupies, but have begun losing them to other frats, even DU. Tough to stay on top when your fraternity all peaked in high school.

They kicked out all of the cool guys... for no reason, really. They kept guys happy to be the lap dogs petted by their masters, the deans and nationals.
