1) lambda - top tier bar pull + KA's annex now they are where they should be
2) ATO - now they're off probo they are back to a top 3
3) Pike - they are getting less short and girthy as the semesters go by
4) sig ep - they always help me get 5/5s on my econ homework
5) pi kapp - i love when they roll deep at the bars with their highschool hockey jerseys on to hide their very below average faces

6 would be a toss up of du/delt sig/delt/beta/sigchi/kappasig
they are on the cusp of popularity and the only reason they have any popularity is because of their physical house/location

Did you mean Phi Kapps? Pi Kapps are no longer relevant as of last year- lost their charter and recognition.

I love when I see that people can only acknowledge like 5 fraternities here. You're such a social climber lol. Okay, OP these house may be "top" but there are good guys in every house. I'd focus on rushing a house you feel like you fit in with as opposed to status. I've met a couple guys who end up dropping because they picked their fraternity for status but didn't necessarily care too much for the guys.
