Bottom tier houses are the only houses that will most likely COB. That includes zeta, phi mu, sk, and sigma.
Mid tier houses may COB but not always. Where they do it's very very limited. I wouldn't bet on waiting for a mid tier house to extend you an offer.
Top tier houses rarely if ever COB. If you want a top house you will have to try your luck in formal recruitment

LOL my roommate literally got a COB bid from Pi Phi!!! So stop trying to hide the fact that they did because we all know they did :)

No one is trying to hid anything. Their national does not let the COB. End of story.

Aphi has already given out a bunch of cobs and cobbed along with kd, phi mu, and sigma last year so I'd say you'd have a pretty good chance at aphi this year too
