I've heard some rumors that the latest in hazzing is to threaten the pledges with a beating or chugging vodka for 10 sec, anyone experience this?

If that is true that is truly sickening. Just when you think 18-22 year old males are getting smarter and learning their lesson after so many tragic situations.
