new phi delt to the top?
by: SPFully honest theta here.. so my interest here was sparked by the fact that a few of us get to park in their lot and have been watching the house go through a transformation. The story has it that nationals kicked out the old group as they didn't really contribute anything to campus outside of substance abuse and low grades & are bringing in a brand new class! I met one of the exec board boys at the gym and he was so so sweet and talked about the new start, the fabulous house, and the involved and intelligent new group - obviously he was just one of them but from that i think we should all think about putting them back on our radar to come back and do something big in the greek world, despite what some angry ratings look like:( anyone else hear anything out of that house?

This isn't really about Sig Ep. In fact, not EVERYTHING is about Sig Ep. And before Sig Ep can reinvent themselves, they have some apologizing to do. The denials are getting old.
