"At no time while I was on scene did I hear disparaging remarks originating from the DU house or it's members" Officer Rodney Stewart, MUPD. He cannot say the same thing about the Legion of Black Collegians (LBC). Two of the officers responding documented hate speech and threats to burn down buildings originating from the members of the LBC.

Does this mean the fraternity's suspension is lifted and they can resume normal operations (for homecoming, etc)?
