Sig Ep is NOT underrated. And it's a frat, definitely not a fraternity. Kappa Sig IS underrated and possibly so is SAE.

People will pick what rumors they want to believe, but SigEp trusts evidence based decisions and results. It takes courage to stand out from the pack. Since 1901 SigEp has known that this fraternity will be different.

If you need help in homework or someone to copy for a test they're the perfect frat. If you're looking for a party and not a Thursday night study group go to a real frat.

I was at the Kappa Sig house recently and it is gorgeous! Huge backyard and house. Fun guys also.

Is there a house that draws more people to post about them than DU? The haters even spend their time posting about them. Must be envy, jealousy or that you have a tiny organ. Probably all of the above. It is a great sign though that there are tons of people who realize that they are the top house...top 3 at worst. Its lonely at the top but the haters gon' hate.

NO ONE thinks highly of DU. Their house was a pit for 15 years before they finally did something about it, their national is on their back, they take guys who can't get into better houses and their brotherhood sux.

Good on him. That's how I view DU too. A bunch of drunk guys sitting on their corner watching the world go by, contributing nothing.
