Should i be discouraged that no one has reached out to me about COBing yet? or are they so busy with new members and homecoming it will be later in the semester??How do chapters determine who they invite to COB?

No, not at all! Like you said yourself, it's a very busy time in the school year with exams, HoCo, etc. Keep up your efforts of contacting sororities, and getting to know girls in the chapters your interested! If it's meant to be it will work out :)

Have you read any other COB posts?!!! This question has been answered in countless threads already!!! MOST HOUSES WILL NOT COB UNTIL AFTER HOMECOMING. THEY ARE TOO BUSY. MOST HIGHER TIER SORORITIES MAY NOT EVEN COB UNTIL AFTER FIRST SEMESTER WHEN GIRLS TRANSFER.
