legacy doing cob

So I intend on doing cob next semester (was out of country during recruitment registration) and am a legacy to a sorority I'm interested. With good grades and involvement am I a shoe-in if I fit in well?

First of all, is your legacy house even COBing? Most houses don't (at least the good ones). Second, the trick is not just to register, but to actually get invited to an event. So good luck, because the COB process remains an enigma.
