These guys sincerely just don't give a crap about anything. Fun partiers and good guys to hang out with. These guys got a bad rep last year because the administration came down on all of Greek Life and they got the worst of it. There was never any evidence found, and the rest are all rumors that rival fraternity brothers made up to continue their bad rep. It's a shame, but whatever.

who cares about the upperclassmen? all we care about are the hottie boys still active and the pledge boys around the house!! DU is yummy. PhiKapp is so mid-tier. top 3 are obvious to most gals.

From my experience, Sigma Chi and Beta are the two top houses. They are more selective than any other house as well. While Beta is better in grades, Sigma Chi generally throws better parties. The rest of the houses drop off a bit, the next tier consists of DU, Phi Kapp, Pike, etc.
