Tri Delts are wonderful. There are HUNDREDs of women who wanted them first but were released early on recruitment. Remember, this is a numbers game ladies. So if they DID snap bid, its not that of the thousands of women who went through they couldn't find 70 to join. It's of the very select group they invited back on pref they didn't get as many pick them as they have in past years. Does it mean their retention rate took a bit of a hit? a little -- but y'all, come on, they're still a powerhouse!
These women are grogeous, have great grades and were one of the nicest houses during recruitment. I didn't go Tri Delt but many times think i would have been super happy here. They don't get enough credit for their smarts and friendliness.
Stop hating. If you didn't join them then any issues they might be having (if that's even true) aren't your problem. Go pomp something and have a great day!

Not a tri Delt but it's pretty obvious that's what happened. I will say tri Delt just isn't what they used to be on this campus, but over cutting is different than inviting everyone back and just no one showing up. They cut almost half the girls the first day as did the rest of the top houses. I'm sure if they wanted any of those girls they cut on the first few rounds they could have gotten them easily.

Maybe they can't afford to be cutting so many girls, thinking they're all that because obviously it failed. They are not all that and apparently should not be cutting all these girls in the future. Serves them right. The Queen's have fallen, tisk tisk

I'm in another house and we had similar return rates as Tori dealt, for that reason Pha sets the number of people we're allowed to ask back. If you're a house with lower return rates they make you ask back more girls because there's a lower chance of them wanting to come back and it evenly distributes girls so that every girl has a higher chance of being placed in a house. I swear I'm not a Tri delt but I'm sure this was the problem not them

Even if that's true, it doesn't cause most houses to not make quota, it did for tridelt and they had to desperately give out snaps (literally no one snap bids! + the fact that they lost like 50 girls last year. That screams trouble
