Theta isn't top tier. Kappa and Axo make good grades and win things and they're not considered top, so neither should theta be. Sorry.

If you excel at something EVERY single year with zero competition in your field, you belong in the top tier. Quit being bitter, Theta being great doesn't make your own house worse.
