Who got the best pledge class? most surprising pledge class? most improved?
Best: Pi Phi? Hard to tell best so early IMO but I didn't get to see all of the PCs in super detail. Heard theta had a great recruitment this year as well.
Surprising: TriDelt... had to snap bid so it will be interesting to see how it goes.
Most Improved: Sigma Kappa, lots of beautiful girls while theyre usually below average in the looks department, girls looked happy to be there (hopefully they can actually retain them though). Or sigma, they got 103 which is amazing for them

Based on what I've heard and seeing their pledge classes it sounds like PiPhi, GPhi & ChiO had amazing recruitments. I heard they only had a few girls from their top bid lists not pref them. And it sounds like TriDelt & Zeta struggled. Pretty surprising TriDelt couldn't make quota.

Kappa Alpha Theta - brains vs beauty
Alpha Phi - pretty girls, but are they smart enough to bring their grades up?

It's too early to tell yet, especially because not a single person has seen every PC. tomorrow will be the big day for judgment when everyone wears their bid day shirts around campus.
Houses I saw: KD, Gphi, Tri delt, zeta, Axo
Thoughts: KD continued to get a similar batch of girls looks wise. They never rush for looks and it hurts them overall. I bet they are all the same hardworking sweet girls though!
Gphi, possibly got the best looking PC this year. I think they have solidified their spot above Tri delt for now
Tri delt- even without making quota, they still have beautiful girls. They just aren't as prestigious as they once were.
Zeta- interesting mix of girls. Some very cute, some very plain. It looks like they didn't get as cute of girls as they normally do, could be the whole no house thing hurt them in addition to negative stereotypes. I bet a lot of their bids went to SK this year
AXO- girls looked very happy here. AXO continues to be successful with "girl next door" type of pretty.
Interested to see how the rest of the semester goes, it's hard to judge a PC based on looks alone! (And kind of unfair too)

Sigma-Great year, you girls rock!
Zeta-Impressive, prob the best they'e done in a while, now the issue is hanging on to them
PiPhi-More diverse in personalities, etc so this should solidify them as a top contender as they will be drawing so many different types to them
Kappa-Ehh, probably stayed the same this year, and that's not bad
Aphi-Someone mentioned pretty and we observed the exact opposite. Think they finally switched it up and took their problems to heart and decided to go after brains instead of beauty? We'll know in January if it pans out
TriDelt-looks like they are probably going for quality over quantity which is a good thing. Get back to solid footing before looking for quantity. Prob a hit to the egos with numbers but prob a smart move
KD-made so many strides and maybe just stagnant this year. Might be thinking of changing it up?
Those were some of the more significant 'changes' in recruitment that were noticed by many. This semester will tell...

Hmm I think many people would be agree with you...
Zeta actually based on observation looks like they fell short or their normal cute class. Possibly because of the house issue, and/or SK continues to get the girls that zeta wants. It actually looks like zeta is having a rough time keeping up with the competition, phi mu has been praised on their girls, sigma has been praised on getting a huge PC... And then there's zeta...
Bottom tier ranks in terms of new PC in order:
SK, Phi mu, zeta, sigma
I'm sorry zeta, you've been outrushed again for the 3rd year in a row by SK. :/

The best looking that I saw (since that's all we can judge on at this point) is gphi and Aphi. Tridelt and Pi phi were both looking less attractive. Everyone is is basically same as usual, ADPi also may have gotten worse, AXO seemed to once again get the "cute" girls that would've typically gone ADPi (assuming their grades are on par with prior pc's.)

I wouldn't be surprised if Adpi didn't do as well, they spent too much time on this site tearing down heir competition instead of focusing on their own.
Mid tier houses in order of rank after recruitment:
Kappa - didn't see them, I'm assuming the same
AXO - continues a steadily upwards pace, looks like a good pledge class
Aphi - cute girls as always, hope they can have some other well rounded qualities this year. Too early to tell.
Theta- also staying the same. Got the girls they wanted, not a bad thing, but other houses outshined them
Adpi - based on rumors only, haven't seen them

Houses that had a good recruitment: Sigma, AXO, gphi, (these three houses probably had the BEST recruitment out of everyone), also noted aphi, chi o, pi phi, SK
houses that did not do well in recruitment: tri delt, zeta, KD, theta, adpi
houses that just did "ok": DG, kappa, phi mu,

This thread is so dumb, each chapter has a different perception of what a successful recruitment is. It isn't fair to say one has done better or worse than another. Each chapter recruits different and sets different goal. Like you can't compare GPhi to Kappa because they recruit by different standards for example.

It is too early to tell which houses did we'll or not.
Let's revisit in a month or two, when we actually have info to base this on.

KD and theta got the same PC as they always do. They don't rush based off of looks. Thea usually has some pretty girls though, KD has always been known as a "plain girl" or "homely" house. Nothing new.
