everyone but tri delt. They had to snap bid this morning. Which is great because it gives some girls another opportunity to be in a great house. Every house has at one point had to snap bid.

A bigger pledge class is a reflection of a house with retention issues. That's because you can go over quota to fill your house. Those who stayed right at quota are the houses that don't need the extra girls to fill the house. Just saying......

Seriously, everyone stop with the cutting down garbage. Hats of to Sigma for going above and beyond what they hoped, they truly do deserve it and best of luck for a great year.Tri Delt, lets consider, is reorganizing, which is not a bad thing at all. Somewhere along the line they fell in to a common track of taking way too many girls who knew each other and had connections and lost site of their values and standards. That's ok if they learn from it. Other houses on this campus are taking note because Tri Delt is not the only house that has fallen to this, but one thing they had was they were a top tier house and known for looks, grades and talent but lost it by being too cliquey. There are several other houses on this campus that have never been at the top but have already fallen to the cliquey you only get in if we know you point, and several of those houses have not yet reached their peak and following tri delts lead those other houses never will. They will turn in to what many frats on this campus are.So many houses made such great strides this year. They broke out of previous stereotypes that might have been holding pledges back from joining them-and it's great to see so many houses now competing for the amazing women we have going through recruitment. Sadly, there were too many girls lost along the way, weather not getting asked back or dropping. That definitely needs to be addressed for the future because Mizzou is getting the reputation of having a cut throat recruitme
