Can't answer that for you. All depends upon where you appear on bid lists.

What if you're #1 on the house you don't want, but #25 on the one you want?

You will never know where you will appear on either houses bid list, so it's really not relevant.

Based on the information available, you are as likely to get House A as House B, so you'd better get your mind around that.

If you were on the first bid list for both houses, you match to your #1 choice.

If you were not on the first bid list for your #1, the computer will keep trying to place you there until their bid list fills. If your name is high enough on the second list, you will probably bid match to your #1.

If your #1 is full by the time your name comes up, the computer will then try to match you with your #2. If their bid list is not full and you are on the first list or high on the second list, you match to your #2.

If both houses bid lists are full by the time your name comes up, you will be added to one of those houses as a quota addition. Usually, you'll get your #1 choice in this situation but if the bid lists are really uneven size-wise, you might match to your #2. This is why it's so important to maximize your options. You could be the last girl on the second list and still match to your first choice!
