It's very common for girls to wear a black or gold/yellow dress or romper. Some people will wear a neutral color tshirt dress in warmer weather. If you're feeling very school spirited you can wear a pair of tiger ears.
If not a dress in warm weather:
Tshirt and black skirt
If not a dress in cold weather:
Nice top, gold pants/jeggings and possibly a vest depending on the outfit
There's no uniform and its college so go out to tailgate and the games wearing what you feel comfortable in. Although most girls in sororities will be wearing dresses. As long as you're sporting your black and gold no one really cares what you wear.

I transferred here last year from another SEC university and affiliated with my sorority. I was surprised at how casually dressed girls are for football games here. At my previous school we wore "heels and hose." That's what it was called, though, of course, we didn't wear hose. But we did dress up. And guys often wore sportcoats. I wonder if Mizzou Greeks will up their game?????

A few girls might, but I see an awful lot of girls around Greektown on game day looking pretty sloppy. I think what is called "Hells and Hose" in the South may be a bit extreme, but there is a lot of middle ground. I have always gone to Mizzou, but I can tell you that at the SEC school in my home state, NO ONE wears cowboy boots. And anyway, that's not really dressing up, is it?

Personally I like the more school spirited but cute look that more northern/west coast schools have, it's much more fun.
Here you can get away with dressing nice or wearing a tshirt, but most girls are somewhere inbetween

Mizzou is barely an SEC school the the dress code is more casual, I think being super dressy would be fun!
