What is black Greek life like and how do you join a black fraternity/sorority?

I suggest you check out the National Panhellenic Council page on the greeklife website. Yes, mizzou has historically black sororities/fraternities but I just want reiterate that all of mizzou greek life is welcoming to people of all races!
