Hey lady! Great question.

So essentially what happens is there is a mutual selection process where the houses will preference all of the PNMs and you will preference them, with the amount of houses preferenced based on which round of recruitment. (1st - 12, 2nd - 9, 3rd - 6, preference day - 3) so the only time you are dropped (and it does happen) is when the houses that you preference don't preference you. Now, this is rare and there isn't really a percentage of how many people get dropped but normally the majority of people who end recruitment withdraw themselves from the process. There is a higher amount of drops on preference day, the night before bid day, but overall it is nothing you should be worried about when going through recruitment!
