So in high school I didn't have the greatest gpa so I worked my butt off first year of college and now its really good! But when signing up for rush it still asked for my high school gpa and I was wondering if that is going to make a house think twice before considering me?

Most houses, like mine, look at your college GPA over your high school one if you are a sophomore because that will be the GPA that applies to their overall house GPA.
