1st picked highly sought after houses:
Chi o, pi phi, theta, kappa, tri delt
2nd pick:
Gphi, Axo, DG, aphi, Adpi
Third pick (houses that girls are ok with joining but were cut from the above two categories):
KD, SK, zeta
Last resort houses (girls that join here really didn't have much of a choice but would rather be Greek than not at all):
Sigma and phi mu
This is a general observation, some opinions may differ. For instance, my first picks were tri delt, Axo, aphi, theta, and Gphi. And my last resort chapters were zeta and KD. But generally speaking, most PNMs fall into these categories for return rates.

XO, Pi Phi, Gphi
Everything else is pretty accurate, I think most people will refrain from cutting those three because they feel privileged to have them on their card. I would say Theta too but I think a lot of Thetas would've chosen XO first.

Tridelt would be there 4 years ago, now adays people are choosing gphi over tridelt
