Do Gphi's and Aphi's accept rec letters from active members at different schools?

You can only be recommended by someone who is an active member if they are in the Mizzou chapter. Otherwise all recommendation letters are from alumni.

Wrong. Look up the national policies- many houses allow actives at other universities who are in good standing with their chapter write letters as well.
