Stop using your Pi Chi's in pics to promote your chapter on social media. I know a lot of the girls who got Pi Chi are gorgeous and fun and would make your chapters look super good, but unaffiliation is important for recruitment. PNM's do stalk everyone's social media, and having your Pi Chi's chapter in the public makes giving the PNM's an authentic, unbiased recruitment process very hard. It's not very hard to be mindful of pictures, change your privacy settings, and take your letters off your bios. Yeah, it's annoying but you all should know the name of the game when you apply for Pi Chi.
