there are way more 'top tier' houses than that. top tier is all dependent upon the person ranking them. when you are walking around campus and through greek town, there are no ranks. every single girl would rank her own house top tier and considering there are thousands of girls in sororities, there is just no way to rank them. every single house here is awesome.

I will never understand how a house that has bad grades, poor retention, poor sisterhood, and no involvement is considered top. Gphi is a social and pretty house, that's great. But when you have other houses on campus that offer being social and have pretty members IN ADDITION to all the other things Gphi lacks... How do you even begin to suggest Gphi is a top tier house? There's something very very wrong with that picture. That or there sure are a LOT of gphis self promoting on GR

Winning comps isn't the only way to be involved, they are extremely involved in the social scene and have GREAT retention. Sorry you suck tridelt but it's not gphi's fault

I don't think G Phi is top because they do really need to work on their grades, but they have an amazing sisterhood with very little drama. All the girls love each other and they have a fantastic retention rate because of that. Honestly I kind of respect them for taking it easy during HC and GW; I know that when I was pomping for 15+ hours every week during HC for my house to only finish in 4th place, I felt pretty stupid.

A great thing about sororities is that they are made up of 300+ individual girls who are all very different from each other. So the stereotypes that are promoted on this website are completely ignorant. You cannot possibly group 300 girls into one category and it's funny that some people try to. Another great thing about greek life in general is that every pnm is looking to get something different out of the experience. Saying one house is top or another is bottom is just your personal opinion.One girls bottom tier is another girls top tier. Just because YOU don't feel comfortable in one house and consider them bad for whatever reason doesn't mean that it isn't another girls (who is just as important as you are) perfect match.
