gotta be honest and hope this all stops
by: ReallyThis Alpha Phi thing is getting out of control.Never felt the need to comment on them before,for the past few years they keep to themselves and haven't been into inaccurate self promotion. In the past month they are all over these boards.It started randomly with Adpi comments and at that time they chose to defend themselves and that's fine. Now suddenly, any time they are mentioned(and they are definitely not being singled out,many houses taking a lot of bashing lately,difference is those houses are letting it go, like aphi used to do, and in a matter of a day people have moved on).There have been comments made where they are lumped in a group of other houses and they are the only ones that 'pretend' to be an innocent bystander 'defending' aphi being treated unfairly. Aphi has always acknowledge their grade and retention issues.These 2 things are suddenly being defended. Grades, retention and constant cob'ing shows there is an issue in their house. They have recently said they lose girls due to grades,yet their grades are still at the bottom. Not bashing them for that-it is a fact and it did seem they were trying to improve their image.theyre on this site too much-even claiming to be one of the nicest/sweetest houses.Come on,enough is enough..Perhaps there is truth they r losing a ton of jrs & srs and that's why they are desperately trying to save their image, whatever it is they need to get off these boards for their own sake.

Lol omg yes it does. They have put themselves as top several times on here or super high up on the middle tier. Since NO ONE would ever consider them top or upper it's pretty obvious.

You want them to respond, that's why you leave hateful comments everywhere (like in the "houses that need a life thread" saying those letters are something to be ashamed of.) Those kind of comments aren't said to be ignored or out of slight dislike for them, that is someone with a full on agenda against them (you.) You want them to respond, clearly you enjoy it. When I rushed 2 years ago the house I wanted got criticized all the time and guess what I thought, I thought they were just jealous and the house was probably popular. Whether that's the case with APhi or not, your obsessive hatred is likely going to have the opposite affect of what you're going for...

The girl who dropped Aphi and is really salty about it happens to frequent this site, maybe that's why the insults towards them are a little more harsh than others. You are not putting this much effort into tearing them down simply because their etiquette on this ANON website "annoys" you...

Every year various houses are targeted. Last year KKG, Gphi, Zeta, Tri Delt, and SK took the most bashing. This year it seems to be Tri Delt, Alpha Phi, Zeta, Adpi, and PiPhi and Gphi to a certain extent. But until the last week I'd say Adpi definitely took the brunt of it. I agree with the statement that Alpha Phi needs to back off and stop defending themselves and pulling themselves into more drama. When they start arguing with people that Alpha Phi's grades are not that bad and that they don't have retention problems, those are statistical numbers that speak for themselves and just makes them lose credibility for defending. In the past the grade issue has never been debated, probably the worst that was said is that their house was a dump and they were too cliquey 'in house' which caused their retention problems(which makes more sense than saying they are letting girls go because of grades, if that were the case their gpa average should be better than it is). Although someone will criticize me for this post, it's true. They need to take a lesson from the houses listed above and back off. Most houses are told to stay off this site, if this is the new direction they are supposedly taking, their strong nationals should get involved and tell these girls to back off and get someone in there to clean house. This was a sorority that never had these problems before, something is definitely off and I hope they get it together because it is such a great national chapter.

Alpha phi wouldn't ever be targeted if they didn't spam up this site so much with self promotion and bashing ADPI so much ..... No one cares about alpha phi on campus, they flew u see the radar until they brought this negative attention to themselves

Aside from having no clue why you'd blame ADPi's bashing on a house that doesn't even compete for the same girls I do have one honest question for you. Y'all treat this site like its a serious problem in the real world. Like @wow is suggesting nationals to be brought in the tell the girls to stop posting on here, that's about as serious as it gets. I've yet to see any relevance this website has to real life so does someone want to explain to me how this is sooooo serious that all those nice girls you met in real life should now be discredited, hated and intervened with over an anonymous website? I've honestly never seen any real life concequences so I'm honestly curious.

No one's going to answer you because the truth is that GR in no way has an affect on reality. Closest you get is your exec warning you not to use it and most actives do just that. The people who are on here memorizing Greek rank posts are not actives at Mizzou (we don't have time for that, and why would we need to when we're living it out every day.) Most people on here aren't actives, some aren't even greek. Hense zero relevance in the real world.

Nice girls? As a whole, they aren't nice to each other(thus their terrible retention) much less to anyone outside of their 4 walls. Is there any question that most of the girls they get chose that as a last resort, or worse yet, suicided? They need to find their own thing and stop trying to imitate what is working for other houses. Perhaps they should not concentrate so heavily on trying to 'fill' their house as opposed to attracting girls who stand for something and really want to be part of the greek system. Quality over quantity. And if their exec board hasn't told them to get off this site yet, maybe their exec board is part of the problem. They have potential but they certainly have taken a nose dive this year. As everyone has stated, this is a strong national chapter and they pump a lot of money into publicity for this chapter, they shouldn't continue to struggle as they do. And perhaps what they thought was going to come across as a strong image has just made them look mean and paranoid. It's really too bad.

That sh-it doesn't happen though, I've never seen them ranked top, if you're really tired of hearing them respond to things then I would recommend you stop making things up and blaming them for anonymous comments (for starters.)
