drop and spring rush

If you do formal recruitment and get a bid for a house that you didn't really like and you give it a chance and still don't like it. can you drop during the semester and do informal rush in the spring to try and get a house that you like?

If you get to bid day and then decide to drop the house, you'll have to wait an entire year before you can try again! If you drop before bid day (say Saturday) then you will be able to go informal recruitment!

Also, not every house does informal! there could be a good chance that the house you want, won't do informal.

If the houses you wanted rejected you as a freshman going through rush, you won't have a better chance with them as a sophomore. Just sayin...

I wouldn't agree with this. Many things could be a factor as to why they were cut from a house. Maybe they didn't have the grades. Most houses have sophomores in their freshman pledge class. Maybe the PNM will connect more with the newer class, and the new class like her. You never know.
