ChiO has the newest house, but it's pretty much an architectural abomination, proving that bigger is not necessarily better. In my opinion the three classically beautiful -- and historic -- houses are ADPi, PiPhi and Kappa. ADPi and PiPhi are updated and beautiful on the inside, too. Kappa needs some work (unless they did a remodel over the summer that I don't know about).

Both DG and Zeta are planning to be opened in August 2017, and there are drawings out for both. Different looks, but both impressive.

It all just depends on what you're looking for. I personally think my house has a ton of character and it fits our personalities. Every house is a beautiful house, it just depends on how you feel about it. If it feels like home and such. The newer the house, and the more renovations the house has is what will bring the cost up.
