another legacy question

If you are a single, double or multiple legacy...does being any kind of legacy hurt you at other houses where you're not a legacy during recruitment?

Do other houses automatically assume you will choose/be selected by your legacy house, and quit wasting their time on you by cutting you?

Nope. No one assumes anything during rush. If they really like you they will keep asking you back. And there are many houses that take pride in grabbing another house's legacies. So there's that.
