2. Beta
3. Sig ep
4. Phi kap
5. Du
6. Pike
7. Delt
8. Ka
9. Kappa sig
10. Ato/ farmhouse
But don't join a fraternity because of its rank, join one that you fit into the most. They will be your friends for the rest of your life. Who cares and just have fun with whoever you sign with

Sig Ep and Phi Kap are NOT top houses at Mizzou. Sig Ep is a "wannabe" top house and Phi Kap is a "used to be". However, the growing sleazy character of many of their members is pulling them down into the lower rankings of our fraternities and seriously damaging their relevancy. Phi Kap has a history of being on probation and sanctioned while Sig Ep is just lucky it hasn't been slapped with sanctions. Otherwise, this ranking is fairly accurate.

I agree with this for the most part , except switch the list a little bit :Sig Ep is not top 5

1 Sig Chi
2 Beta
3 Phi Kapp
4 DU
5 Pike

I know Sig Ep was disrespectful with their house mom. I know Phi Kapp has kind of a "douchey" mentality, along with DU

Why do some people keep trying to rank Phi Kap as a top 5 house? That was the case once upon a time several years ago. Now it really is a "douchey" place and not a favorite fraternity of women. I'm guessing the ones who keeping ranking it a top 5 house are Phi Kaps. Even Delta Sig and Delta Tau are more popular.

Phi kapp will and always has been a top house. Them and sig chi get the most girls and phikapp has the best formals and date partys and they have the biggest and best basement. Cant wait for there tailgates
