rushing as a junior

So I'm signed up to go through formal recruitment next week, but the bad news is that i'm a junior. This is the first summer that I've been been in The States during formal rush so I figured I'd give it a shot. Last spring I informally rushed a few houses & got bids, but I just didn't see myself fitting with the guys. I am probably going to end up taking a lap & graduating a year late anyways and I'm just curious if top tier houses will still consider rushing me as a junior? I've got a pretty good GPA (3.5) and I'm confident that I will get along & connect with most of the guys in house.
