Not saying this is the only way to rank tiers but since it's basic math, we should have five houses per tier. I know there are some we all agree on, XO/Pi Phi, and some we don't, Delta/Kappa/GPhi, so let's hash it out. Different opinions are welcome and please feel free to explain why each house is where they are in your ranking.

MIDDLE (In Order)
- Delta
- Kappa
- AXO
- DG
- APhi
BOTTOM (In Order)
- KD/SK
- Phi Mu

Top Tier -
XO and Pi Phi are top because obviously. Theta is top because of their grades and reputation. ADPi is top because they've been more competitive with Theta lately. GPhi is top because event though they are so annoying, they get the girls they want every single year. Whether or not you're into "their type" of girl, they have a type and they get first pick.
Middle Tier -
Delta first because even though they've fallen they're good. Kappa next because it's Kappa, they'd be top if they were more appealing to the masses. AXO is a great house and only moving up. DG beats APhi because of their grades and they've been trying to clean up their image and it's worked
Bottom Tier-
It is what it is. I think this one is the most undisputed honestly.

Tridelt isn't hot anymore and ADPi, like you said, if only starting to compete with Theta, they still haven't beaten them and they still get Theta's leftovers. ADPi is not even close to top (yall just frequent this website because what else is there for ADPi's to do when school is out)

I could see how maybe pi phi is a top house. Some of these really dont make sense and anyone who is in a house at mizzou would tell you that chi o and theta (def not a dpi, i totally forgot about them) are not top. If anything tri delt and dg need to be moved up, still popular houses that get their picks at girls along with Gphi. Aphi takes the rejects so they're right underneath.

DG has crappy grades, mediocre looks and a crappy social life so I don't see how they should possibly be moved up. They aren't a desired house at all, aside from among legacies who know they're guaranteed a bid no matter what lol

They are a known hot house and social house. They are a very sought after middle tier house. I'd put them above AXO but other than that they aren't up to par with like gphi and tri Delt obviously

Thanks DG but you're known to have some pretty girls and A LOT of dogs. You're on par with APhi socially, and your grades I believe are a bit higher so that balances out to you guys being on the same level. AXO is prob higher than both of you thoughhhh...

Actually I'm not a DG but whatever. Thanks for ur input alpha phi, y'all are a bunch of bullies and haters. And yes it's obvious ur an aphi b/c on every post that DG is higher than Alpha phi you would comment the same exact thing saying they are dogs. Get over urself.

Debate it as you will. Shockingly girls chose gphi over tridelt this year, yes, even several legacies. Debate it as you will, there were several girls who chose alpha phi over tri delt and dg had 2 girls that chose them over tri delt. BUT tri delt WILL be recruiting differently this year. It'll be interesting to see what happens this year since they opened the door to the other houses! No one can judge until fall!

This is very true, do you think more girls chose gphi over tridelt or vice versa (I think that's their biggest comp.) Tridelt has been suffering for 2 years now so it'll be interesting to see how things go... They obviously aren't in the top 3 anymore but are they even in the top at all? I would say 3 poor recruitments and it would be official

TriDelt cuts about 2/3rd of its legacies (as do PiPhi and chiO). So if a legacy tells you they cut TriDelt, take it with a grain of salt. If someone told me that, I would call B.S. This also is an appropriate time to point out how a house with pride and class reacts to vendettas. I have NEVER seen TriDelt on this site defending itself and reacting to all the lies and misinformation on this site. They take who they want, they are confident in who they are and they don't give a rip what anyone thinks --- even when they are being falsely accused of losing 60 members. You don't ever see ChiO or PiPhi commenting on this site, either. That's why they are top houses. Alpha Phi could take a lesson....

Ha ha what a joke, they did just that a few days ago saying omgggg no we didn't lose members we're way too good to cob omgggg. I'll post on it now incase you missed it :) tridelt has some bad apples and, especially before news of all the seniors they lost came out, they were on here CONSTANTLY fighting that they were still top 3. They're defeated now so they've toned it down but they were very active on here earlier in the year.

TriDelt didn't come on here to defend themselves, you dim bulb. That was ME pointing out that according the most current PanHell stats TriDelt's membership has stayed extremely steady and they didn't COB. And how would you know how active they were earlier in the year? Do you memorize these posts? Are you that pathetic? And how do you actually know what house people are in who post? You can believe anything you want on this site, I guess. And you can let your imagine run wild. But I prefer dealing with statistics and reality. You should try it. And why does someone who is NOT a TriDelt defend them so rigorously? Mainly, I hate to see a good house criticized unfairly and, more importantly, I know that if people can unfairly rip great houses like TriDelt, PiPhi and ChiO, they might come after mine next. And that just isn't right.
