I guess the thing is, when most of us are from Missouri and see girls running up and hugging the other girls we know from high school it reinforces the thought that its all who you know. St L honestly seems to be getting to of 'the most successful people are going OUT of their circle". when you look at some of these houses on bid day-some houses have a ton of girls that run up to the girls they know-and other houses have girls running up to total strangers-you can tell. This prob was the downfall of tri delt this year, they gave up a lot of those high achieving girls because they had to downplay who they knew, pretty girls etc. granted, it seems gphi knows a lot of those girls too, alpha phi pulled in some stand outs, also (no more will be said about that-they absolutely NEED to retain their girls-even pan hel was annoyed about that this year)
