No need to worry about this-with the declining enrollment no houses, after this year(dg and zeta) will be rebuilding for quite a while. with the exception of one house that was collapsing-all other houses are good and there are no worries of not having some where to live!

to clarify-dg and zeta will both have brand new houses in fall 2017, so anyone going through recruitment this fall will have a house to live in!
