theta transfer gpa?

My GPA is a 7.6 (on a 10.0 scale) from a competitive program, I'm transferring to Mizzou to be closer to home. I was just wondering if my GPA is good enough to get into Theta or Pi Phi? I believe a 7.6 would be a little short of a 4.0 since my grades are mainly A's and just a few B's. Is it more or less competitive as a transfer student?
