advice to pnms

by: Let's stereotype

Advice to pnm's coming into rush with little knowledge about mizzou's chapters... People will say go into rush with an open mind but while I agree it's good to keep an open mind, I also believe it's wise to do a little homework and know what you're getting into. I'm going to segregate the houses by strengths and then order them by tier. The houses in each group will have a lot of similarities but will vary in overall strength. Like college applications, the top should be considered your reach and bottom can be your safety, as the higher the sorority is, the most selective they will be, in general.
Disclaimer: first and foremost base your decision on your connection, always!
Disclaimer 2: although I'm segregating the chapters, ALL houses represent all pillars (social, sisterhood, academics, philanthropy)

Academics:
XO
Theta
ADPi
KD

Social:
GPhi
Tridelt
APhi
Zeta

Well-rounded:
Pi Phi
Kappa
AXO
DG

Random:
Phi Mu - strong in competitions, strong sisterhood
SK - new sorority, don't have much of an image yet
Sigma - stuck in transitional stage

Somebody needs to learn the difference between "segregate" and "categorize."

"seg·re·gate - set apart from the rest or from each other; isolate or divide" you suggest categorize ? Are you in 5th grade or ?

You haven't isolated or set apart anything. Every house you listed is in a group, not on its own. You really need to learn the difference between segregate and categorize, And, even more importantly, you need to stop making a fool of yourself when you defend something that is clearly wrong.

I can't tell you how sad it makes me that a college student doesn't know the meaning of the word segregate. Have you never had a history class? Are you completely and totally unaware that there was a Civil Rights movement? Have you ever heard of Jim Crow?

I guess what they say about the bigotry and ignorance of Mizzou students is true.

If these PNM's had truly done their homework, they wouldn't be coming to Mizzou.

According to the OP, they must be called "segregations," not classifications or categories. LOL

My accounting textbook "For example, segregating a company's recurring operating income from no recurring income sources"... Guess my textbook is wrong too. You're just obsessed with racism at Mizzou, it's so awkward.

It is PAINFUL to read this OP. How stupid do you have to be to use the word "segregate" this way?

It is grammatically correct, I'm sorry ADPi that your sad truth of your place in the tiers hurts

i would definitely have to say XO is easily the most well rounded house at Mizzou. They know how to party they make good grades they place in hc/greek week and in any organization you will find a chi o in a leadership position. Kind of stupid to label them just smart
