It'll be a while before grades come out, but with recruitment just a few months away we might as well start chatting about upcoming houses and houses that are falling short.
Top tier in no order: chi o and pi phi
Upper mid tier in no order: Axo, delta, kappa, Gphi
Lower mid tier in no order : theta, Adpi, aphi, DG, KD
Bottom tier in order: SK, phi mu, zeta, sigma
Houses to watch with recruitment: Axo, phi mu, DG, SK. Axo could possibly leap to top, DG to upper mid.
Houses on the downfall: tri delt, zeta, theta, Adpi
Stationary: Gphi (can't be top with bad grades/retention/no involvement), KD (no social life, no cute girls), SK (needs more building years to move up).

Let's re-evaluate after rush in August, when XO, PiPhi and TriDelt once again succeed in getting the best of the best. Everyone in houses that don't measure up would love to see them topple. But your time would be better spent improving your own houses instead of posting your fantasies and wishful thinking.

Ok I loveeee axo they have genuine sweet girls and are decent at everything but they're still mid. Yes you've surpassed ADPi but that's not that hard to do, you're well rounded but you're out of your league to suggest you're on GPhi's level and literally crazy to think you might end up top tier next year. Your girls are still verrrry average
