by: FoShoAlpha Phi is all over this site lately insisting it is top tier. Sorry, girls, but you have a l-o-n-g way to go. But let's also address how GPhi insists it is top tier. I would call them solidly middle, but they also have a way to go before cracking (get it?) the top tier. Their grades are nothing special, their girls are more than a bit rough and lord knows they don't aim very high when it comes to anything but looks. Now, if there were a tier for airheads who bend over backwards (get it) to attract loser frat guys, I would put APhi and GPhi in a tie for first, but most of the rest of us just don't have much respect for these houses.

No one said APhi is top, they're a strong mid house and you are just hurt about what they said about your boring house. The ADPi's of this world need to stop living in denial and realize that any normal fun student wants to join a social sorority, with GPhi being one of the best options for social life. Tiers are based on desirability and the fact of the matter is that MANY girls go into rush for the social element and those girls will not be happy in a boring house that no boys want to mix with.

Irrelevant, Pi Phi is top tier because they're well rounded. Mids are based on houses that are either strong in one or two categories or just "good" at everything but not great.

What are you talking about? Only someone is a lower-tier house who doesn't give a rip about grades (i.e. Alpha Phi) would insist that the quality houses on this campus are boring because they do. This is Mizzou. Every house has pretty girls, every house has personable girls, every house has girls who are attractive to men, every house has girls who are committed to doing their best. But not every house has people who graduated at the top of their class who now have excellent grades in difficult majors. If you were so stupid, alpha Phi, you would see that you are the exception, not the rule. And if you put the same effort into improving yourself that you put into criticizing ADPi or Theta or any other house with excellent grades, you might get a little respect. What about that do you NOT understand?

I have an excellent GPA and I couldn't care less about my sisters grades. In fact, I'm able to compete in scholarships for my sorority because there does happen to be a smaller group of 4.0 students. Some of my least academics focused sisters are my closest friends and that's what a sorority is about to be, I couldn't care less about their grades as long as they're happy and still getting by. Besides, half of the girls in the academic sororities are getting those precious 3.4s (like that's difficult) in useles majors that are gonna get them working the same jobs as the 3.2s in the "dumb" houses. PS: word of advice - if you can't manage over a 3.8 your GPA is useless and just scraping by would be a better use of your time. As long as you graduate a 3.2 is equal to your 3.4, both subpar.

Do you know how many of those houses recruited the top 5% of graduating classes(and we are talking some top school districts-not what your small mind considers top). Have you seen the awards some of those girls received by national organizations? Did you see the unbelievable volunteer organizations these girls stood out in? Did you actually see any of the resumes of those girls? Because if you did-you would know that aphi, gphi, adpi, sk and kappa all had nationally recognized girls for various achievements. Those were the top girls being recruited by your 'top' houses-and believe it or not, THEY did not choose tri delt, pi phi or chi o. So please try to stop spouting off about miscellaneous bad choices about girls over the years that people like you try to define an entire sorority by. YOU are not a representative of greek life at mizzou-there is far more support to each sister house-you, my dear, are an unhappy troll.

Aren't anonymous websites fun? Without them how would people like ^^^^^^ make up outrageous things and not have to prove them? Here's a fact: I happen to be a former scholarship chair of my pledge class and I know EXACTLY how many people in my pledge class graduated in the Top 5% of their class, and it is about 50%. And, no, I'm not a theta or an ADPi. But I also know for a fact, having been on the other side or rush, that Alpha Phi and the other bottom tier houses have fewer than 20% of their current pledge class graduating in the Top 5% of their high school class.

Re read you post..clearly you DON'T belong to a top house...and you are clearly doing what you said -totally stating false information on an anonymous website...defensive much? re read the statement-clearly you are not in a 'smart' house-lol, can you comprehend? please re- read that. and is there seriously ANY house that would have half of their house top 5%? come on girl-don't be so defensive and read ... and....interpret the post. if you are doing to say that aphi, gphi, adpi, kd, , sk, tri sig, zeta etc have total dumb girls in their pledge classes, please do re read the above statement and know some houses have a few, some have many, in their pledge classes. ok, piphi, or maybe chio-go away.

I'm finally done with finals and looked at this website, hahaha. but to the above 'really?' girl..NO, your class did not have 50% of the top 5%(see, you read that wrong). And since we know you're not a tri delt based upon their problems, and as a chio you are all over this site-yet chio published their 'accolades' and you are SO FAR FROM THE TRUTH. so seriously, stop. done hearing about your fantasy facts outweighing the true facts-chio, piphi, tri delt-not top tier. theta has something on grades but their retention has been horrible-especially with their last class-oh, and yes, they did have a good percentage of top 5%..NO ONE had half of their pledge class in top 50%-NO ONE. oh, ya, perks of an anonymous website.

I am really tired of the APhi who comes on this site all of the time accusing ADPi of saying insulting things. Give it a rest. Please? It is just further proof that APhi is the new psycho b itch house that won't take constructive criticism. And I can assure you that you are the only house that equates good grades with unpopularity. If you doubt me, ask a PiPhi.
