by: Topphikapp sig chi(on probation) and maybe beta but they dont really have partys. Kappa sig will be top in a few years. Pike has creepy dudes.

With the possible exception of Beta, the standards for frats at Mizzou are pretty low. There are a few girls in my upper-tier house who are dating frat guys, but by the time women are juniors or seniors they don't have much patience for frats guys who still drink cheap beer and treat us disrespectfully. Most of the women I know date GDIs.

top houses by their actually house would be beta or DU. (also whoever said beta doesn't have parties probably just wasn't invited bc they do). as in the guys that are in the houses (based on personality and attractiveness) lambda KA DU Beta KappaSig and Fiji. these are frats getting new houses within 2 years or next semester: theta chi, fiji, lambda, kappa sig, sig nu

so what ? less potential pledges next year means more competition. Why would a pnm want to deal with potentially being hazed and treated like sh__ Lots of other options for good houses. Pick the one who you fit with. Good luck
