Based on the past here is what I think:
1. chi O/D chi
2. Kappa/AgRho
3. KD/DKE/Theta Chi or AEPi and ADPi
This is seems the most accurate based on the past! D Chi and AgRho were obviously the best frat pairings and AEPi is a close second. KD has proven they can do well on their own and so having guys can only help them but it will take a lot to beat the top two power pairings

Theta and AXO aren't with very strong fraternity pairings and Theta hasn't placed in 2 years... I think either of them could get 4th or 5th but the other pairings have a stronger chance

Pi Phi and Delta don't really place in comps so idk what you are talking about lol
