chi omega and pi phi
by: CoreyAlmost every time I read about tiers, these two are usually top. What makes them desirable and what kind of girls do they look for? I'm rushing in the fall and don't really care if I'm in a top tier house or not, I'm just curious. Thanks!

The main thing that makes them desirable is that by far the majority of girls going through recruitment with they could be XOs or PiPhis. They have enviable return rates, so they're doing something right. You will understand when you go through rush, but I think the main difference is that they are very secure in who they are and don't really give a rip about what anyone else things.

Could be that both houses have smart, articulate, cute, funny and very involved ladies. They also have genuine love for their houses and sisters and have a lot of self confidence. You get a feeling that these girls are sure of who they are as soon as you walk in the door!

To get into XO and PiPhi you have to spend more time doing interesting things and making yourself a better person and less time on this website.

The above person hit the nail on the head. The members of these houses are confident and diverse. Not many wannabes in the bunch. I think that's also why they are rarely on this website. My best friend and roommate belongs to one of these houses and I can't say enough about her friends. I love my house, but these two deserve top tier.
