by: lolI am literally so confused as to how people think theta is a good house here!!! they aren't the smartest anymore, they aren't fun girls, they aren't as good in competitions anymore and they aren't cute. why do we keep pretending that they can compete with houses like tri delt and pi phi??

They never competed with houses like Tri Delt and Pi Phi. In fact, TriDelt and Pi Phi don't compete, either. Theta is more similar to ADPi and possibly Kappa. TriDelt is more similar to GPhi, but with better grades and more sophistication. And PiPhi just sort of does its own thing.

Always thought of AXO as more of a Chi O/AD Pi/Theta type, but they have cuter girls, so I guess I could see the Pi Phi relation. I do think AXO is more involved though

I agree ^^^^^. And while right now PiPhi is in a league of its own, I think AXO has the potential to be a PiPhi independent-thinking-high-standards kind of house.
