Interesting grouping for "top houses"...I'm not certain that Phi Kap belongs - once was probably a top house but has slid into general mediocrity. And Sig Ep just doesn't fit. But definitely "yes" to DU, Sig Chi, and Beta.

I think Phi Kapp is still top and I would also add FH. Not Pike or Sig Ep though, they aren't bad but they have been kind of irrelevant
