band and rush

So I'm gonna be in marching band this fall but I also want to rush. I think band camp and rush are the same week. Is there a way I can do both? Will I be more likely to get cut because I'm in band?

Yes! I believe you'll just have a different schedule than the other girls, but you can totally do both. If you got cut being in band with have nothing to do with it.

It's hard rushing and doing band. I got dropped from a house that I loved and had a pretty good connection with and I coincidentally had to miss visiting them that day-so pretty hard for them to give me any score when I wasn't there. Being a junior now and seeing the other side, if you miss and they dont already love you enough to notice you are gone- you will most likely be dropped. Rough knocks but you will love your band friends tons too.
